Understanding Your Order Status
This guide explains what happens after you place an order and what each status means.
Order Lifecycle
Your order goes through these stages:
Order Placed → Payment Processing → Confirmed → Preparing → Shipped → Delivered
Order Statuses Explained
Pending
What it means: Your payment is being processed.
- Credit card is being authorized
- Usually completes within seconds
- If stuck pending, contact support
Confirmed / Successful
What it means: Payment received, order is in the queue.
- You'll receive a confirmation email
- Order appears in your account
- Fulfillment team is notified
Preparing / Processing
What it means: Your order is being prepared for shipment.
- Items being picked from inventory
- Order being packaged
- Label being printed
For print-on-demand items, this includes production time (3-7 days).
Shipped
What it means: Your package is on its way!
- Handed off to carrier
- Tracking number available
- Estimated delivery shown
You'll receive an email with tracking information.
Out for Delivery
What it means: Package is with local delivery driver.
- Will arrive today (usually)
- Watch for delivery notifications
- May require signature
Delivered
What it means: Carrier confirms delivery.
- Package left at location
- Check around property
- Photo proof may be available
Cancelled
What it means: Order was cancelled before shipping.
- Full refund issued
- No items will be shipped
- Confirmation email sent
Refunded
What it means: Payment has been returned.
- Refund processed through original payment method
- May take 5-10 business days to appear
- Full or partial amount
Tracking Your Order
Finding Tracking Info
- Check your shipping confirmation email
- Or log into your account
- Go to Order History
- Click your order
- Find tracking number and link
Tracking Updates
- Tracking may take 24 hours to update after shipping
- Scans appear as package moves
- "In Transit" means it's on the way
Multiple Packages
If your order ships in multiple packages:
- Each package has separate tracking
- May arrive on different days
- All tracking shown in your account
Common Questions
My order is stuck on "Processing"
- For standard items: Contact support if over 2 business days
- For print-on-demand: Production takes 3-7 days
- Check email for any issues requiring your attention
Tracking hasn't updated in days
- Carrier may not scan at every point
- During busy seasons, delays are common
- If no update in 7+ days, contact support
Package shows delivered but I don't have it
- Check all around your property
- Ask neighbors
- Check with building management
- Contact us within 7 days
