Frequently Asked Questions
Can I transfer tickets I received from someone else?
Yes! Once you accept a transfer, the ticket is yours. You can transfer it again if needed.
Is there a fee to transfer tickets?
Transfer fees depend on the event organizer's policy. Many transfers are free, but some events may charge a small fee.
Can I get my ticket back after transferring?
Only if the recipient hasn't accepted yet. Once accepted, the ticket belongs to them.
What if I transferred to the wrong person?
If they haven't accepted, cancel the transfer. If they have accepted, you'll need to ask them to transfer it back or to the correct person.
Can I transfer tickets bought with a discount code?
Usually yes, but the discount stays with the original purchase. The recipient gets a valid ticket, regardless of what you paid.
Transfers vs. Reselling
Ticket transfers are meant for giving tickets to friends, family, or colleagues—not for resale profit. Many events prohibit ticket reselling, and we reserve the right to cancel tickets involved in unauthorized resale.
