Event Tickets Guide
Your complete guide to purchasing and using event tickets.
Finding Events
Browse upcoming events on our Events page. You can filter by:
- Date
- Location
- Event type
- Price range
Purchasing Tickets
- Select an event to view details
- Choose your ticket type and quantity
- Apply any discount codes
- Complete checkout
Accessing Your Tickets
After purchase, your tickets are available:
- Via email (check your inbox and spam folder)
- In your account under My Tickets
Each ticket has a unique QR code for entry.
At the Event
What to Bring
- Your ticket (phone or printed)
- Valid photo ID matching the ticket name
Check-In Process
- Approach the check-in area
- Display your ticket's QR code
- Staff will scan your ticket
- Enter and enjoy the event!
Transfers and Refunds
Transferring Tickets
You can transfer tickets to others:
- Go to My Tickets
- Click Transfer on the ticket
- Enter recipient's email
- They'll receive the ticket instantly
Refunds
Refund eligibility varies by event. Check the event page for specific policies.
Waitlist for Sold-Out Events
If an event is sold out, you can join the waitlist:
- Visit the event page
- Look for the Join the Waitlist form below the tickets
- Enter your email address (required) and name (optional)
- Click Join Waitlist
How the Waitlist Works
- Waitlist entries are processed first-come, first-served (FIFO)
- When tickets become available, you'll receive an email notification
- You have 48 hours to purchase using the priority link in your email
- If you don't purchase within 48 hours, the next person is notified
- You can only join the waitlist once per event
