Your complete guide to purchasing and using event tickets.

Finding Events

Browse upcoming events on our Events page. You can filter by:

  • Date
  • Location
  • Event type
  • Price range

Purchasing Tickets

  1. Select an event to view details
  2. Choose your ticket type and quantity
  3. Apply any discount codes
  4. Complete checkout

Accessing Your Tickets

After purchase, your tickets are available:

  • Via email (check your inbox and spam folder)
  • In your account under My Tickets

Each ticket has a unique QR code for entry.

At the Event

What to Bring

  • Your ticket (phone or printed)
  • Valid photo ID matching the ticket name

Check-In Process

  1. Approach the check-in area
  2. Display your ticket's QR code
  3. Staff will scan your ticket
  4. Enter and enjoy the event!

Transfers and Refunds

Transferring Tickets

You can transfer tickets to others:

  1. Go to My Tickets
  2. Click Transfer on the ticket
  3. Enter recipient's email
  4. They'll receive the ticket instantly

Refunds

Refund eligibility varies by event. Check the event page for specific policies.

Waitlist for Sold-Out Events

If an event is sold out, you can join the waitlist:

  1. Visit the event page
  2. Look for the Join the Waitlist form below the tickets
  3. Enter your email address (required) and name (optional)
  4. Click Join Waitlist

How the Waitlist Works

  • Waitlist entries are processed first-come, first-served (FIFO)
  • When tickets become available, you'll receive an email notification
  • You have 48 hours to purchase using the priority link in your email
  • If you don't purchase within 48 hours, the next person is notified
  • You can only join the waitlist once per event
