Managing Your Personal Data

You have the right to access and download all the personal data we store about you. This guide explains how to exercise that right.

Under privacy laws like GDPR and CCPA, you have the right to:

Downloading Your Data

Step 1: Go to My Connections

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Click your profile icon
  3. Select My Connections

Step 2: Request Download

  1. Look for Download My Data section
  2. Click Download My Data
  3. Confirm your request

Step 3: Receive Your Data

What's Included

Your data download contains:

Purchases Complete order history
Donations All donations made

Updating Your Data

If you find incorrect information:

Profile Information

  1. Go to Account Settings
  2. Update name, email, phone, address
  3. Save changes

Communication Preferences

  1. Go to My Connections
  2. Click any organization
  3. Update communication preferences
  4. Save changes

Disconnecting from Organizations

Stop receiving communications from an organization:

  1. Go to My Connections
  2. Click the organization
  3. Scroll to Disconnect
  4. Click Disconnect

Your transaction history is preserved, but:

Deleting Your Account

If you want all your data removed:

  1. Go to My Connections
  2. Click Delete My Account
  3. Download your data first (recommended)
  4. Confirm deletion
