Getting Help with Support Cases
If you need assistance with an order, event, donation, or account issue, you can submit a support case.
Submitting a Case
- Visit the Help section from the navigation menu
- Click Contact Support or Submit a Case
- Enter a subject describing your issue
- Provide details in the message field
- Click Submit
You'll receive a confirmation email with your case number.
Tracking Your Case
Log into your account and visit the Help section to see:
- Open cases with their current status
- Resolved cases and their resolutions
- Any comments or updates from support staff
Adding Information
If you need to provide additional details after submitting:
- Open your case from the Help section
- Add a comment with the new information
- Support staff will be notified of your update
Case Statuses
- Open: Your case has been received and is awaiting review
- In Progress: Support staff is actively working on your issue
- Resolved: Your issue has been addressed
- Closed: The case has been finalized
