Getting Help with Support Cases

If you need assistance with an order, event, donation, or account issue, you can submit a support case.

Submitting a Case

  1. Visit the Help section from the navigation menu
  2. Click Contact Support or Submit a Case
  3. Enter a subject describing your issue
  4. Provide details in the message field
  5. Click Submit

You'll receive a confirmation email with your case number.

Tracking Your Case

Log into your account and visit the Help section to see:

  • Open cases with their current status
  • Resolved cases and their resolutions
  • Any comments or updates from support staff

Adding Information

If you need to provide additional details after submitting:

  1. Open your case from the Help section
  2. Add a comment with the new information
  3. Support staff will be notified of your update

Case Statuses

  • Open: Your case has been received and is awaiting review
  • In Progress: Support staff is actively working on your issue
  • Resolved: Your issue has been addressed
  • Closed: The case has been finalized
