Making a Donation

  1. Visit the organization's donation page
  2. Enter your donation amount
  3. Choose one-time or recurring
  4. Optionally cover processing fees
  5. Complete payment

Donation Options

One-Time Donations

A single contribution processed immediately.

Recurring Donations

Automatic monthly (or custom frequency) donations:

  • Set it and forget it
  • Cancel or modify anytime
  • Consistent support for the cause

Fee Coverage

Processing fees are typically 2.9% + $0.30. By covering the fee:

  • 100% of your intended amount reaches the organization
  • Your receipt reflects the total contributed

Tax Receipts

Receiving Receipts

After each donation, you'll receive:

  • Email confirmation
  • Tax receipt (if applicable)

What's Included

Tax receipts include:

  • Organization name and EIN
  • Your name and donation amount
  • Date of contribution
  • Tax-deductibility statement

Accessing Past Receipts

Find all your donation receipts in your account under My Donations.

Managing Recurring Donations

In your account, you can:

  • View all active recurring donations
  • Update payment method
  • Change donation amount
  • Pause temporarily
  • Cancel at any time

Donation Campaigns

Organizations may create focused fundraising campaigns for specific purposes.

Finding Campaigns

Visit the organization's Campaigns page to browse active campaigns. Each campaign
shows its goal, progress, and timeline.

Donating to a Campaign

  1. Click on the campaign you'd like to support
  2. Choose a suggested amount or enter a custom amount
  3. Complete the donation through the cart
  4. Your donation is tracked toward the campaign's goal

Campaign Progress

Each campaign page shows a progress bar indicating how much has been raised toward the
goal. You can also see the number of donors and time remaining (if a deadline is set).
