Downloading Your Digital Purchases

This guide explains everything you need to know about accessing your digital products after purchase.

Accessing Your Downloads

After completing your purchase, you can access your downloads in two ways:

Via Email

  1. Check your inbox for an email titled "Your downloads are ready!"
  2. Click the download links in the email
  3. Save the files to your device

Via Your Account

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to My Account > Downloads
  3. Click Download next to each file

Download Limits and Expiration

Each download link has:

  • Download Limit: Usually 5 downloads per purchase
  • Expiration: Typically 72 hours (3 days) from purchase

You can see remaining downloads and expiration time in your account.

Supported File Types

Common digital product formats include:

  • Documents: PDF
  • Audio: MP3, M4A
  • Video: MP4
  • Software: ZIP archives

Tips for Successful Downloads

  1. Use a computer for large files rather than mobile
  2. Check your internet connection before starting
  3. Disable browser extensions that might block downloads
  4. Save files immediately after downloading
  5. Back up important files to cloud storage

If Downloads Don't Work

Try these steps:

  1. Clear your browser cache and cookies
  2. Try a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari)
  3. Temporarily disable antivirus software
  4. Check if you've exceeded the download limit
  5. Verify the link hasn't expired

If issues persist, contact support with your order number.

Keeping Your Files Safe

Once downloaded, we recommend:

  • Backing up to cloud storage (Google Drive, Dropbox, iCloud)
  • Keeping a copy on an external hard drive
  • Not sharing download links with others

If you've used all your downloads or your link expired:

  1. Contact support with your order number
  2. We'll verify your purchase
  3. We'll issue new download links
