Keeping Your Account Secure
Your security is our priority. Follow these best practices to protect your account.
Strong Passwords
Create a password that is:
- At least 12 characters long
- A mix of letters, numbers, and symbols
- Unique to this account
- Not based on personal information
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
We strongly recommend enabling 2FA:
- Go to Account Settings > Security
- Click Enable Two-Factor Authentication
- Scan the QR code with an authenticator app
- Enter the 6-digit code to confirm
- Save your backup codes in a secure location
Recognizing Phishing
Be cautious of:
- Emails asking for your password
- Links that don't go to our official domain
- Urgent requests for personal information
- Suspicious attachments
We will never ask for your password via email.
What To Do If You Suspect Unauthorized Access
- Change your password immediately
- Review recent account activity
- Enable 2FA if not already active
- Contact support if you notice suspicious transactions
