Getting Started with Equipoise

Welcome to Equipoise! This guide walks you through setting up your account and getting your organization ready to sell products, host events, and engage with your audience.

Creating Your Account

Step 1: Choose Your Plan

  1. Visit our pricing page at equipoi.se/join
  2. Compare the Starter, Professional, and Organization plans
  3. Click Get Started on your chosen plan
  4. Select monthly or annual billing (annual saves money!)

Step 2: Enter Your Details

  1. Enter your email address
  2. Create a secure password
  3. Provide your organization name
  4. Add your contact information

Step 3: Complete Payment (Paid Plans)

  • Free Starter plan: Skip directly to your dashboard
  • Paid plans: Enter your payment details
  • Trial users: No payment required until trial ends

The Welcome Wizard

After signup, you'll see the Welcome page with guided setup steps:

Step 1: Complete Your Profile

  • Add your organization description
  • Set your time zone and currency in Settings > General > Regional Settings
  • Configure basic settings

Step 2: Brand Your Account

  • Upload your logo
  • Set your brand colors
  • Customize your storefront appearance

Step 3: Create Your First Item

  • Add a product OR create an event
  • This helps you learn the system
  • You can delete this later if needed

Step 4: Invite Your Team (if applicable)

  • Add team members with appropriate roles
  • Set permissions for each user
  • Send invitation emails

Step 5: Connect Payments

  • Link your account for payouts
  • Complete the verification process
  • Start accepting payments!
