How to Return an Item

This guide walks you through the return process from start to finish.

Return Policy Overview

Standard Returns

  • Window: 30 days from delivery
  • Condition: Unused, original packaging
  • Refund: Full purchase price

Non-Returnable Items

  • Digital downloads (once accessed)
  • Custom/personalized products
  • Print-on-demand items (except defects)
  • Final sale items (marked at purchase)

Starting a Return

Step 1: Log into Your Account

  1. Go to the website and log in
  2. Navigate to Order History
  3. Find the order with items to return
  4. Click Request Return

Step 2: Select Items

  1. Check the boxes for items you're returning
  2. Select quantity for each item
  3. Click Continue

Step 3: Choose Reason

Select why you're returning:

  • Changed my mind
  • Item not as described
  • Wrong item received
  • Defective/damaged
  • Arrived too late
  • Other (explain)

Add notes if helpful.

Step 4: Submit Request

  1. Review your return request
  2. Click Submit Return Request
  3. You'll receive a confirmation email

After Submitting

Waiting for Approval

  • Returns are reviewed within 1-2 business days
  • You'll receive an email with the decision
  • Check spam folder for emails

If Approved

You'll receive:

  • Return authorization
  • Shipping instructions
  • Prepaid return label (if provided)
  • Deadline to ship (usually 14 days)

If Rejected

The email will explain why. Common reasons:

  • Outside return window
  • Item not eligible for return
  • Policy violation

Shipping Your Return

Preparing the Package

  1. Use original packaging if possible
  2. Remove or cover old shipping labels
  3. Include all original items and accessories
  4. Print and attach return label

Dropping Off

Take to designated carrier location:

  • USPS: Post office or drop box
  • UPS: UPS Store or drop location
  • FedEx: FedEx location

Keep your drop-off receipt!

Receiving Your Refund

Timeline

  1. Package arrives at warehouse: 3-7 days
  2. Inspection and processing: 2-3 days
  3. Refund issued: Same day
  4. Appears on statement: 5-10 days

Total: About 2-3 weeks from shipping

Refund Method

Refunds go to your original payment method:

  • Credit card: 5-10 business days
  • Debit card: 5-10 business days
  • Apple Pay/Google Pay: 5-10 business days

Refund Amount

Your refund includes:

  • Product price
  • Original shipping (if return is our error)

Deductions may apply for:

  • Return shipping (if not our error)
  • Restocking fee (if disclosed)
  • Missing items/accessories

Tracking Your Return

In Your Account

  1. Go to Order History
  2. Find the order
  3. Click Return Status
  4. See current state and updates

Return States

  • Requested: Awaiting review
  • Approved: Ready to ship
  • Shipped: Package in transit
  • Received: Being processed
  • Completed: Refund issued

Common Issues

Lost Return Package

  • Keep your drop-off receipt
  • Contact carrier with tracking
  • Reach out to support with proof

Incorrect Refund Amount

  • Review refund email for breakdown
  • Check for restocking fee
  • Contact support with concerns

Need to Exchange Instead

We don't process direct exchanges. Instead:

  1. Return the original item
  2. Place a new order
  3. Or contact support for options
