Managing Your Subscription
This guide covers all aspects of managing your Equipoise subscription.
Accessing Subscription Settings
- Log in to your account
- Click your profile icon
- Select Account Settings
- Click Subscription tab
Viewing Your Current Plan
The subscription page shows:
- Your current plan name
- Monthly or annual billing
- Next billing date
- Payment method on file
Upgrading Your Plan
How to Upgrade
- Go to Subscription settings
- Click Change Plan
- Select your new plan
- Confirm the upgrade
What Happens When You Upgrade
- Immediate access to new features
- Prorated charge for the upgrade
- New billing cycle starts
Proration Example
If you upgrade mid-month from Professional ($49) to Organization ($149):
- You've used 15 days of your $49 plan
- You'll receive credit for the unused 15 days (~$24.50)
- You'll be charged the difference for Organization
Downgrading Your Plan
How to Downgrade
- Go to Subscription settings
- Click Change Plan
- Select the lower-tier plan
- Confirm the downgrade
What Happens When You Downgrade
- Change takes effect at next billing date
- Keep current features until then
- May need to reduce items if over new limits
Before Downgrading
Check if you exceed the new plan's limits:
- Products count
- Events count
- Team members
- Active features
Cancelling Your Subscription
How to Cancel
- Go to Subscription settings
- Click Manage Subscription
- Click Cancel Subscription
- Confirm cancellation
What Happens When You Cancel
- Access continues until end of billing period
- Account converts to free Starter plan
- All data is preserved
- Can reactivate anytime
Updating Payment Method
How to Update
- Go to Subscription settings
- Click Manage Subscription
- Click Update Payment Method
- Enter new card details
- Save changes

Viewing Billing History
Accessing Invoices
- Go to Subscription settings
- Click Manage Subscription
- Click Billing History
- Download any invoice as PDF
Invoice Details
Each invoice includes:
- Invoice number and date
- Your organization details
- Plan and billing period
- Amount charged
- Payment method used
Reactivating After Cancellation
If you cancelled and want to return:
- Log in to your account
- Go to Account Settings
- Click Reactivate Subscription
- Choose your plan
- Enter payment details
Your data is preserved, so you pick up where you left off.
Billing Issues
Failed Payment
If a payment fails:
- We'll email you immediately
- You have 7 days to update payment
- After 7 days, account downgrades to Starter
Disputed Charges
Contact support immediately if you see:
- Unexpected charges
- Duplicate payments
- Incorrect amounts
Refund Policy
- 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions
- No partial refunds after 30 days
- Contact support for special circumstances
